MARKET WATCH! For April 2012 single-family detached homes sales increased 6.53% from the previous year. Pending home sales passed the 1,000 mark, just the second time in all of 2012. The Median Sale Price was $174,775, up 5.92% from the same month last year and at the highest level since July 2011. The Average Sales Price was $211,168.
